Referral Bonus Program - Prime Physicians

Refer a clinician. Get paid. Repeat.

Refer Nurses, NPs/PAs, or Physicians. Bonuses paid at 100 & 500 hours.

This program rewards you for referring qualified nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and physicians to our team. Below are the details of the referral bonuses for each type of referral.

Referral Bonus Details

Nurses

Initial Bonus: $250 after the referred nurse completes 100 hours of work.

Additional Bonus: $250 after the referred nurse completes 500 hours of work.

Total potential: $500

Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA)

Initial Bonus: $500 after the referred NP or PA completes 100 hours of work.

Additional Bonus: $500 after the referred NP or PA completes 500 hours of work.

Total potential: $1000

Physicians

Initial Bonus: $1000 after the referred physician completes 100 hours of work.

Additional Bonus: $1000 after the referred physician completes 500 hours of work.

Total potential: $2000

How to Refer

Submit Referral: Submit your referral through the designated referral submission form to recruitersteam@primephysicians.com.
Tracking Hours: The referred individual’s hours will be tracked automatically by our system.
Receive Your Bonus: Bonuses will be paid out once the referred individual reaches the specified milestones of 100 and 500 hours worked.

Terms and Conditions

Only referrals submitted through the official channels will be eligible for the referral bonus.
To be eligible for the bonus, Referral individual must not be in our applicant pool in ATS and should not have worked with us in the past.
The referred individual must be hired and start working for the hours to be counted towards the bonus.
Bonuses will be paid out in the payroll following the completion of the required hours.
There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make.

Terms & Conditions

The referral bonus is applicable only if the referred candidate is hired and successfully completes the probation period. Initial Bonus: After the referred candidate completes 100 hours of work. Additional Bonus: After the referred candidate completes 500 hours of work.
The referring employee must be actively employed at the time of payout.
The referral must be submitted before the candidate applies.
The decision of the HR department is final regarding bonus eligibility.
